Ames High Headed to International Science and Engineering Fair
The State Science & Technology Fair of Iowa (SSTFI) offers students from grades 6 to 12 a unique opportunity to showcase their research and engage with professionals in the field. As an affiliate of the prestigious Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair, the SSTFI serves as a launchpad for students to take their projects to the global stage.
At the 2024 SSTFI, held on April 4 and 5 at Hilton Coliseum, students from Ames High School showcased Ames High excellence with exceptional projects and achievements. Avyay Balaji and Ananya Balaji, won 1st place in their category and earned the title of Reserve Champion.
